The Hebenkas is 2285 m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Upper Austrian part of the Dead Mountains . It is the most easterly advanced summit of the Stoderkamm, which breaks off towards the valley in steep, over 1000 m high walls. The summit is also called Großer Kraxenberg from the Aussee side and is very rarely visited due to its remoteness and difficult accessibility. There is a measurement mark at the highest point.
Ascent
There is no marked ascent to the summit. Paths lead from the Baumschlagerreith over the dog trail and the Brandleck or from the Prielschutzhaus over the Brandleck.
