The Hedonism II Open 2005 took place from October 18-23 , 2005 in Negril , Jamaica . The women's squash tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2005/06 and belonged to the WSA Silver 15 category . The prize money was $ 23,300.
In the final of the two top seeded players, Rachael Grinham beat Omneya Abdel Kawy 7: 9, 9: 1, 9: 2 and 9: 4. For Grinham it was the 21st title win on the tour.
The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Karen Anderson a spot in the main draw.
