The Heidemann Bay is a small bay on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . It is located at the seaward end of the Breidnes Peninsula in the Vestfold Mountains immediately south of Davis Station . Your entrance is limited to the south by Riviera Point .
A crew from the ship Kista Dan first visited the bay on January 11, 1957 on one of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . It is named after Frank Heidemann, second mate of Kista Dan .
