Heike van Hoorn

Heike van Hoorn (born January 17, 1971 in Leer ) is a German manager and author . She has been the managing director of the German Transport Forum since January 1, 2018 .

Life

Professional background

Heike van Hoorn spent her youth in Bunde in the Rheiderland and attended the Teletta-Groß-Gymnasium in Leer during her school days . After graduating from high school, she studied history and German at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster , with positions at the Humboldt University in Berlin and the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore .
