Heinrich Anz (lawyer, 1910)

Heinrich Anz (born January 27, 1910 in Neuwied ; † March 14, 1973 in Bonn ) was a German lawyer and ministerial official .

Life

From 1935 to 1944 Heinrich Anz worked as a district judge in the Reich Ministry of Justice . There he was involved in the drafting and explanation of the Greater German Marriage Law in 1938. In 1943 he was the second personal assistant to Justice Minister Thierack .

He then moved to the Bielefeld Regional Court until the end of the war in 1945 . After two years in agriculture, he got a job at the Wolfenbüttel District Court in 1947 . In 1949 he moved to the Regional Court of Braunschweig and in 1953 to the Federal Ministry of Finance , where he was initially head of Section IB 5 and in 1954 moved to Section IB 4 (General Salary, Travel and Moving Expenses Law) as head and ministerial director.

Heinrich Anz went to the Federal Ministry of the Interior in 1958 , where he became head of Section II B 1 (General Salary Law). In 1961 he returned to the Federal Ministry of Finance, where he headed Subdivision VI B Defense Burdens in 1968 . He died at the age of 63 before he retired.
