Heinrich Bayer (politician)

Heinrich Bayer (born May 23, 1870 in Zuckelnick , Striegau district , † after 1928) was a German politician ( DNVP ).

Life

Bayer attended the village school and then completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, which he completed with a journeyman's examination. Years of journeyman and wandering followed within Germany and Switzerland. After taking his master carpenter exam, he started his own business in Kiel in 1895 . He was head master of the Kiel carpenter's guild, chairman of the district association of carpenter's guilds for Schleswig-Holstein , Lauenburg and Lübeck and a corresponding member of the board of the Federation of German carpenter's guild in Berlin .

After the November Revolution, Bayer joined the German National Party (DNVP). In February 1921 he was elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until 1928. In parliament he represented constituency 13 (Schleswig-Holstein).
