Heinrich Dipper

Heinrich Dipper (born July 25, 1902 in Marbach am Neckar ; † September 28, 1987 ) was a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official .

Career

Dipper was born as the son of the clergyman Heinrich Gottlob Dipper (1868–1945) and Klara Lechler (1878–1957). He studied law and graduated from the University of Tübingen with a doctorate in 1926 . He was a councilor in Kirchheim / Teck and Geislingen (Steige). Under Eduard Leuze he was ministerial director in the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics .

From 1968 he was chairman of the German Institute for Medical Mission .
