Heinrich Feldmann

Heinrich Feldmann (born January 29, 1847 in Wartjenstedt ; † April 25, 1928 there ) was a farmer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Feldmann attended the elementary school in Wartjenstedt, the private school there and the agricultural school in Hildesheim. After that he had to manage his father's farm because his father died early. He was alderman, arbitrator, orphanage council and chairman of the agricultural district association Wohldenberg in the community . From October 1, 1867 to October 1, 1868, as a one-year- old, he served with the 3rd Guards Regiment on foot and became a private. He took part in the Franco-German War in 1870/71 with the 79th regiment. He was awarded the Iron Cross II. Class , the war memorial coin for 1870/71 with 7 clasps and the Kaiser Wilhelm memorial coin.

From 1903 to 1908 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1907 to 1912 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Province of Hanover 10 Hildesheim , Marienburg , Alfeld (Leine) , Gronau and the German Conservative Party .
