Heinrich Heß (born February 27, 1928 in Saarbrücken ; † August 18, 1993 Völklingen ) was a German canoeist who competed for the Saarland .

biography

Heinrich Hess was a member of the Saarland delegation at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki . Together with Kurt Zimmer , he started in a two-person kayak over 10,000 meters , where they finished twelfth. On the following day, the duo retired in the race over 1000 meters in the lead. Two years later, the two took part in the 1954 World Championships.
