Heinrich II. Von Woldenberg († July 13, 1318 in Avignon ) was Bishop of Hildesheim from 1310 to 1318 .

Heinrich came from the Wohldenberg family and was cathedral dean before he was elected Bishop of Hildesheim.

He had to assert himself against the citizens of Hildesheim and had the Steuerwald Castle built for this purpose . As a measure against robber barons in the Hildesheim Monastery, he destroyed Hohenbüchen Castle . In 1314 he bought Bockenem . During his tenure, he had Hunnesrück Castle restored.

In 1318 he traveled to Avignon and died there at the court of Pope John XXII. He was buried in the monastery of St. Clara in Avignon. His nephew Otto II von Woldenberg was unanimously elected as his successor by the cathedral chapter.
