Heinrich Petters
Christoph Heinrich Hermann Petters (born November 3, 1810 in Parchim ; † March 20, 1884 in Schwerin ) was a German sculptor .
Life
Nothing is known about Heinrich Petters' childhood or professional training. He worked as a freelance stone sculptor in Schwerin, among other things on the sculptural decoration of the Schwerin Palace , for which he received the palace medal in bronze from Grand Duke Friedrich Franz II at the inauguration in 1857 . In later years Petters also actively devoted himself to local politics as a senator in Schwerin.
