Heinrich Schwenger
Heinrich Schwenger (born July 14, 1840 in Rheda , † March 13, 1906 in Bochum ) was a master builder in Bochum.
In 1877 he was commissioned to build the Christ Church in Bochum according to plans by the architects August Hartel and Theodor Quester .
Schwenger planned the founding building in 1888 and the extension to House C des Bergmannsheil in 1905 , and in 1891 and 1899 the Augusta hospital extension. After his death in 1906, the architect Heinrich Schmiedeknecht took over the office and the ongoing projects and continued to build for many of Schwenger's former clients.
