Heinrich Spring

Heinrich Spring (born June 25, 1856 in Bückeburg , † May 29, 1909 in Karlsbad ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer and district administrator .

After the leaving certificate at the school Bückeburg Heinrich Spring studied at the Universities of Leipzig , Bonn , Berlin and Goettingen law, political science and was on 30 October 1880, the examination for the court clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Celle . On August 18, 1886, the examination for government assessor followed with the result "sufficient". He did his military service as a one-year volunteer with the Fusilier Regiment "General-Field Marshal Prince Albrecht of Prussia" (Hannoversches) No. 73 and was released early due to illness. On November 8, 1880, he was appointed court trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Celle and three years later as a government trainee at the Minden district government. Another three years later he was appointed court assessor with a subsequent transfer to the Kassel district government . On March 17, 1887 Spring was entrusted with the municipal administration of the district office of Hörde. The Hörde district council passed the unanimous decision on October 29, 1887 to waive his right to vote and to ask for Spring to be appointed district administrator. On December 5, 1887, he was definitively appointed district administrator of the Hörde district and, after almost three years in office, was entrusted with the municipal administration of the position of a senior government council in the Trier district government . The definitive appointment to the Upper Government Council and representative of the District President was on July 18, 1900. In the same capacity, he was transferred to the Osnabrück District Government on October 1, 1904 .
