Henry VI. von Luxemburg (* 1240 - † June 5, 1288 ) was the son of Henry V , from whom he inherited the titles Count of Luxemburg and Arlon , and Margarete von Bar .

Heinrich took over the business of government when his father took over the French King Louis IX. accompanied on the Seventh Crusade . As a count, Heinrich VI. in quarrel with his neighbors. He fell in the so-called Limburg succession dispute at the Battle of Worringen in 1288. In addition to Heinrich, his brothers Walram von Luxemburg-Ligny and Balduin and his half-brother Heinrich von Houffalize died.

Heinrich married in 1260/1 Beatrix von Avesnes († March 1, 1321), daughter of Baldwin von Avesnes . They had the following children:
