Heinrich Wilhelm Müller (born May 25, 1859 in Hamburg ; † March 29, 1933 there ) was a German businessman and photographer .

Heinrich Wilhelm Müller came from a merchant family. In 1894 he founded the company Harnickell & Müller , which did business in import and export. After the company was dissolved on December 1, 1920, Müller continued to operate under the same name. In 1921 Hans Max Voellner took over the management, Müller became a partner again in 1924.

Heinrich Wilhelm Müller was a member of the Hamburg Society for the Promotion of Amateur Photography from 1898 to 1906, was secretary of the society in 1899 and 1903 and a member of the board in 1906. In 1893, 1898 to 1900 and 1902, 1903 and 1906 he exhibited at the international art photography exhibitions in the Hamburger Kunsthalle and in 1900 won an honorary prize at the “General Competition”. From 1893 he worked closely with the Hofmeister brothers . Müller had a well-equipped photo lab in which the three photographers often worked on their pictures. Müller concentrated on images of figures and landscapes.

Müller's works can be seen today in the Museum of Art and Industry in Hamburg and the Art Library in Berlin and the Museum Ludwig in Cologne. The Ludwig Museum also keeps Müller's photographic collection with works a. a. by Theodor and Oskar Hofmeister , Alvin Langdon Coburn and Edward Steichen .
