Heinz Kiekebusch

Heinz Kiekebusch (born January 7, 1908 in Berlin-Karlshorst , † May 14, 1971 in Kiel ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE , CDU ).

After graduating from high school, Kiekebusch studied law at the universities of Marburg , Berlin and Göttingen . In 1929 he passed the first state examination in law in Celle ; after completing his doctorate in Kiel and Göttingen , the second state examination in Berlin followed in 1933 . From 1933 to 1941 he was a lawyer at the Berlin Regional Court , he was also a legal advisor at the German Charles University in Prague , lawyer and tax advisor in Prague, 1946/49 manager of the Bistrick department store in Hamburg and from 1949 lawyer, notary and specialist lawyer for tax law in Ahrensburg .

In 1950 Kiekebusch became a member of the BHE, where he was district chairman in Stormarn and a member of the state and federal executive boards. In 1951 he became parliamentary group leader in the Stormarn district. He was a member of the district committee, chairman of the district finance committee and city council in Ahrensburg, as well as chairman of the regional settlement committee. From 1952 to 1954 he was regional chairman of the BHE. In 1954 he was elected to the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein , where he was chairman of the parliamentary group. He held this position until April 14, 1958, when he left the GB / BHE parliamentary group. After a few months as a non-attached MP, Kiekebusch moved to the CDU on August 4, 1958, shortly before the end of the election period.
