Heinz Lassowsky

Heinz Lassowsky (born May 29, 1952 in Ampfurth ) is a German entrepreneur and former politician ( CDU ). In 1990 he was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR .

Life

Lassowsky attended high school, completed an apprenticeship as an electrical mechanic with a high school diploma and studied from 1968 to 1971 at the TU Magdeburg , graduating as a graduate teacher for mathematics and physics. From 1975 to 1980 he worked as a teacher at a high school in Altreetz . He joined the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU) in 1975 and was CDU district secretary in the Beeskow district from 1980 to 1989 . At the beginning of the turnaround in the GDR , he was proposed as his successor by the previous district chairman Werner Zachow at an extraordinary meeting of the CDU district executive in Frankfurt (Oder) on November 28, 1989 . But surprisingly Herbert Schirmer and Lassowsky were elected as the new CDU district chairman.

Lassowsky was elected to the People's Chamber in the Volkskammer election in 1990, to which he belonged until October 2, 1990. On October 2, 1990, Heinz Lassowsky attended the unification convention of the CDU-West and CDU-East in Hamburg . In the state elections in Brandenburg in October 1990 , he ran unsuccessfully. He eventually became managing director of the Oder-Spree business development association and in 1998 owner of Loscon GmbH.
