Heinz Puetz

Heinz Pütz (born November 11, 1938 in Bad Godesberg ; † December 21, 2007 ) was a Swiss sports journalist and television presenter .

Act

Pütz was a long-time employee and sports reporter for Swiss television . Among other things, he moderated the programs Sport on the weekend and Sportpanorama . He began his television career in 1968, the last broadcast as a presenter he completed in 1995, as a reporter Heinz Pütz took early retirement at the end of the 1990s.

His live commentary mainly covered bobsleigh , tennis, golf, cross-country skiing and motorcycling. In addition, Heinz Pütz was a television producer for major events such as the Tour de Suisse and the Swiss Open, and was also responsible for the newsroom and structural programs on weekends, as well as training in-house for television.

He died after a brief illness on December 21, 2007 at the age of 69. A funeral service took place on January 4th, 2008 in Lachen SZ in the presence of family members and colleagues.
