Heinz Rusch
Heinz Rusch (born December 21, 1908 in Dessau , † May 18, 1965 in Wernigerode ) was a German editor-in-chief and publicist.
biography
After studying German and newspaper studies in Halle an der Saale and Leipzig until 1930 , he did his editorial traineeship in Hanover from 1930 to 1932 . He then continued his studies in Leipzig and joined the SPD . From 1936 to 1941 he worked in Leipzig as a feature section and picture editor. He was head of the literary department of Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk from 1946 to 1951 and editor-in-chief of the “Kulturspiegel der Messestadt” in Leipzig from 1954 to 1962.
Rusch also worked as a freelance writer. He wrote poetry, short stories and texts for cantatas .
