Helene Udy

Helene Udy (born November 1, 1962 in Albuquerque , New Mexico , USA ) is an American-British film actress , screenwriter , director and film producer who lives in California . She grew up in Montreal , Canada as the daughter of university professor and urban planner John Udy and former officer Mya Pilpoul. Her mother, Mya, was a sergeant major in the Israeli army when she met John Udy, who was working as an urban planner in Ethiopia . She left the army and ran away with John Udy. Helene Udy began acting as a child in Canada. Her sister Claudia Udy is also an actress. In Germany, Helene Udy is best known for her role as "Myra Bing" in the series Dr. Quinn - a passionate doctor .
