Hellmut Horlacher

Hellmut Horlacher (born May 17, 1927 in Munich ; † August 14, 2013 ) was a German lawyer and association official.

Life

Horlacher came as the son of the agricultural functionary and state parliament president Michael Horlacher (1888–1957) and his wife Elisabeth, née. Rose, to the world. After graduating from high school, he did military service on the Western Front from 1944 . He studied law and national sciences at the University of Munich and passed both state examinations, in 1955 he received his doctorate at the law faculty in Munich.

From 1954 to 1969 he worked in the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Forestry , most recently with the rank of ministerial councilor as head of human resources. Then he moved to the board of the Bavarian Raiffeisen Association and was its president from 1971 to 1989.

He was also chairman of the Raiffeisen-Pensionskasse, deputy chairman of the board of directors of Bayern-Versicherung , chairman of the supervisory board of the computing center Bayerische Genossenschaften eG and the Bavarian state book office auditing and tax consulting company for agriculture and trade and a member of the supervisory board of Bayerische Versicherungsbank Allianz AG , BayWa and SDK-Süddeutsche Krankenversicherungs AG.
