Helmut Naujoks

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Helmut Naujoks (* 1967 ) is a German lawyer and author . While he describes himself as a consistent employer lawyer, he is called "the bouncer" by various media. His fundamental positions include fundamental criticism of works councils and the statement that any employee, including those who cannot terminate, can be dismissed.

After studying law at the University of Bochum , Naujoks settled as a lawyer in Düsseldorf and specialized in labor law . "Out of inner conviction", he only represents employers whom he points out to weaknesses in the legal regulations on protection against dismissal for works councils and other employees. In 2009, hourly rates of 350 euros were the rule for his work . Naujoks is accused of creating a planned "escalation according to the script" for unpleasant employees and thus achieving their termination. A works council chairman stated literally: "What Mr. Naujoks does is, in my opinion, psychological terror".

Günter Wallraff posed as an entrepreneur in 2009 for an investigative report on Naujoks. At a meeting he explained to him that he had specialized in bullying unwelcome works councils, pregnant women or disabled people from companies . In the under the title Who does not spurt, flies out! Who does the protection against dismissal protect? Wallraff, on the television program Maybrit Illner broadcast on October 15, 2009, urged Naujoks to be excluded from the bar because of his questionable methods . In 2013 and 2014, Wallraff and the NGG Naujoks union again accused Naujoks of unfair methods after the burger-king franchise partner Yi-Ko Holding was commissioned to target unpleasant employees and the works councils were subjected to unfounded dismissal complaints.

The senior residence

Naujoks was convicted of serious personal injury to joint compensation of 20,000 euros by the Giessen Labor Court with judgment of May 10, 2019, 3 Ca 433/17 (press information no. 01/2019 of May 16, 2019). The ArbG Giessen was convinced that it was about “fictitious” reasons for dismissing unpopular works councilors, which the court has seen as proven. The whole "swindle" was exposed after one of the "lure spies" who had been smuggled in unpacked a detective agency. The Süddeutsche Zeitung reported on the 4th of July 2017 on page 3 as well as the Gießener Allgemeine Zeitung from July 14, 2017 under the headline: "Intrigue in the retirement home: Detectives invent reasons for resignation" with a comment on the statements of July 5, 2017 by the managing director of the Schacht GmbH retirement and nursing home. Report from the courtroom with "Background" in the Wetterauer Zeitung on May 14, 2019.

NDR short video 2017 on the “downright criminal staging” in the senior citizens' residence. Panorama: "Employers who do something like this undermine trust in our economic system ... They incite us to despise our economic system."
