Helmut Noss

Helmut Noss (born June 8, 1919 in Hilgenroth ; † June 18, 1981 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( FDP ).

Life and work

After attending school, Noss completed an apprenticeship as a locksmith and then worked as a technical employee before setting up as a self-employed locksmith in 1947 . He became a member of the FDP in 1945. He was represented in numerous committees of the FDP, B. as the first district chairman of the FDP.

From July 5, 1950 to July 4, 1954, Noss was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected as a joint candidate by the CDU and FDP in constituency 024 Oberb.-Kreis-Nord. Noss was a member of the district council of the Oberbergischer Kreis .
