Helmut Pokornig

Helmut Pokornig (born November 21, 1965 in Leoben , Styria ) is an Austrian illustrator and graphic artist .

The trained waiter began his artistic career in 1991 as a commercial artist and has been working as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator since 1993. Since 2005 he has dealt intensively with digital photo techniques. Since November 2012 he has directed the Marijeli puppet theater in Vienna's 8th district.

Helmut Pokornig lives in Vienna. He is married to the castle actress Andrea Clausen and has twin daughters with her.
