Helmuth Coqui

Helmuth Coqui (born October 6, 1935 in Munich ; † June 29, 2019 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Coqui attended the Benedictine high school in Ettal and studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich with a degree in engineering. and at Harvard Business School Boston . He was a senior employee at AEG , chairman of the management of Digital Equipment GmbH, managing director of Softlab GmbH, head of the trust branch in Berlin and managing partner of CPS GmbH as well as chairman of the board of the Lebenshilfe München eV and member of the board of the Lebenshilfe Deutschland, Lebenshilfe Bayern and des Parity charity in Bavaria.

From 1994 to 1998 Coqui, who became a member of the SPD in 1970, was a member of the Bavarian state parliament .
