Helwig Brunner (born November 20, 1967 in Istanbul ) is an Austrian writer .

life and career

From 1978 to 1986 he attended the Academic Gymnasium in Graz . He completed studies in biology and music. He writes poems, novels, stories, short prose and essays as well as specialist and popular science texts. Helwig Brunner is editor of the book series "keiper lyrik" ( Edition Keiper ) and co-editor of the Graz literary magazine " Lichtungen ". In addition, he has a job as managing director of an ecological planning office. He lives in Graz, Styria .
