Hennadij Hryhorowytsch Subko (born September 27, 1967 in Mykolaiv , USSR ) is a Ukrainian politician. From December 2, 2014 to August 29, 2019, he was Minister for Regional Development, Construction and Municipal Housing and Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine.

Subko did his military service in the Red Army between 1986 and 1988 . He then received a comprehensive education and studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine , the National University of Construction and Architecture and the National University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy in Kiev , as well as Northwestern University in Illinois . Before he started his political activities in 2006 as a member of the Zhytomyr City Council , he worked in the private sector. He is a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party .

From December 12, 2012 to November 27, 2014 was a member of the Verkhovna Rada for the All-Ukrainian Association "Fatherland" . Subko was appointed First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine by the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on June 10, 2014 and held this post until his inauguration on December 2, 2014 as Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Municipal Housing Yatsenyuk's second cabinet .

Hennadij Subko is married and has a son and a daughter.
