NGC 4745 , also listed twice in the catalog as NGC 4745 A , is a 15.1 mag bright lens-shaped galaxy of the Hubble type SB0 in the constellation Haar der Berenike and forms together with the non-NGC object PGC 43529 (often called NGC 4745 B ) ) a double constellation bound by gravity.
It was discovered by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest on April 24, 1865 .
