Henning Finck

Henning Finck (born March 17, 1975 in Hamburg ) is a former member of the Hamburg Parliament and authorized representative of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce at the federal government in Berlin .

Life

Finck became a member of the CDU in 1991. During his school days he was the district chairman of the Hamburg Students Union and later its regional manager. In 1996 he joined the CDU local association Veddel - Rothenburgsort . From 1999 to 2000 he was a deputy in the then authority for science and research . Finck was a member of the district assembly in the Hamburg-Mitte district from 2001 to 2004 . There he was deputy parliamentary group leader and specialist spokesman for urban planning.

Finck was a member of the Hamburg Parliament from 2004 to 2008. He was a member of the legal and school committee and was the CDU's specialist spokesman for HafenCity and the jump over the Elbe. He was also a member of the Commission for Land Planning and the Senate Commission for Urban Development. He did not run for the 19th electoral term of the citizenship because a professional activity in the Chamber of Commerce was not compatible with a citizenship mandate . Finck was the head of the Berlin office. Finck was state chairman of the Young European Federalists in Hamburg and is a member of the European Union Germany . He was twice a scholarship holder from the Schwarzkopf Foundation Young Europe .

The human and civil rights of the Syrian Orthodox Christians in Tur Abdin , a region in southeast Turkey, apply to his special commitment . At the suggestion of the Hamburg community “St. Dimet “ Honorary Member of the Syrian Orthodox Church of Antioch .
