Matthias Kučka

Matthias Kučka († 1474 ) was elected bishop of Leitomischl .

After the death of Bishop Albrecht von Březí in 1443, Matthias was elected bishop of Leitomischl by the Leitomischler cathedral chapter in Zwittau , to which it had fled from the Hussites in 1425 , although the diocese had effectively ceased to exist with the flight. That is why Matthias kept his post as pastor of Brüx . An altar consecration is only known from his tenure in 1443. The place of death and burial are not known.
