Henri Lebasque

Henri Lebasque (born September 25, 1865 in Champigné ( Maine-et-Loire department ), † August 7, 1937 in Le Cannet ) was a French post-impressionist painter .

Life

Henri Lebasque took the city Le Cannet in the region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur in southern France as a summer home.

From Comte Isaac de Camondo (1851-1911), a banker , musician , art collector and patron , he was commissioned a portrait of his son, the writer Jean Bertrand 1910th He also made a posthumous portrait of Isaac de Camondo in 1912 .
