Henrik Adam Brockenhuus zu Jungshoved, Nysø and Oremandsgaard (born May 30, 1720 in Hamar , Norway , † June 11, 1803 in Baarse , Denmark ) was a Danish nobleman.

Life

From 1776 to 1787 Brockenhuus was the clerk of the Seeland monastery and in this capacity was also the bailiff of the Faroe Islands .

He is the son of Colonel Jørgen Otto Brockenhuus zu Aker, Disen and Samdal (1664–1728) and Berte Magdalene Brockenhuus (1684–1769). On June 11, 1757 he married Hedevig Sophie Elisabeth Komtesse von Holstein-Ledreborg in Copenhagen . Her son Johan Ludvig Brockenhuus was born there on May 12, 1759.
