Herbert Budzislawski (born December 30, 1920 in Berlin ; † September 7, 1943 Berlin-Plötzensee ; also Herbert Budzislawsky ) was a resistance fighter against National Socialism.

Herbert Budzislawski belonged to the Herbert Baum group, a resistance organization in Berlin. He came from a Berlin merchant family of religious liberal Judaism . In his early youth he was a member of the Jewish youth group and the Association of German-Jewish Youth . He got in touch with the Herbert Baum group through the couple Martin and Sala Kochmann . Communist convictions and membership in various organizations connected him to the group.

After the successful attack on the anti-communist propaganda exhibition The Soviet Paradise on May 18, 1942 in the Berlin Lustgarten , the group was exposed and Budzislawski was arrested with many other members. After his conviction, he was executed in Plötzensee .

In contrast to the other members, he had acted out his homosexual inclinations and thus at the same time violated several conventions that set the laws of the Third Reich .
