Herbert Schibukat
Herbert Schibukat (born October 27, 1914 in Rastenburg , † June 1999 in Eckernförde ) was a German ice hockey player . He was also active as a footballer .
Career
Herbert Schibukat played at club level for Rastenburger SV in East Prussia . In 1944 he took part in championship games with the LTTC Rot-Weiß Berlin . After the war , Schibukat joined VfL Bad Nauheim in 1947 and 1948 , before moving to Preussen Krefeld . With Prussia he won the German championship title in the 1950/51 season .
International
For the German national ice hockey team , Schibukat took part in the Olympic Winter Games in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 1936 and in Oslo in 1952 .
Achievements and Awards
- 1951 German champion with Preussen Krefeld
Soccer
In 1949/50, Schibukat played 23 football league games for Krefeld. As early as 1947 he is said to have been on the Hameln 07 soccer team together with Ernst Willimowski .
