Herman Fouche (born March 30, 1987 ) is a South African racing cyclist .

In 2007 and 2009, Herman Fouche won the South African Pick 'n Pay 94.7 Cycle Challenge . After his victory in 2009, he tested positive for epitestosterone and was banned for two years for doping . He was then dismissed from his then Stegcomputer-Neotel team .

At the African Road Cycling Championships in 2011 Fouche took second place in the team time trial , together with Reinardt Janse van Rensburg , Louis Meintjes and Jacobus Venter .
