Hermann Bayer (painter, 1936)

Hermann Bayer (born June 22, 1936 in Innsbruck ; † July 23, 2012 in Vienna ) was an Austrian painter , draftsman and graphic artist .

Act

Bayer studied at the Staatliche Graphische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt in Vienna from 1956 to 1961 and then held a teaching position at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna until 1970 .

From 1965 Bayer was a member of the Tyrolean artist community. He was considered a talented representative of abstract art and exhibited in Germany and Austria.
