Hermann Joseph Graf zu Stolberg-Stolberg (born February 28, 1854 in Westheim ; † June 16, 1925 there ) was the owner of the Westheim estate and the associated brewery as well as a politician, association official and local history researcher.

Hermann Joseph Graf zu Stolberg-Stolberg came from a branch line of the resin -based Counts those of Stolberg . He was the son of Count Joseph Theodor zu Stolberg-Stolberg (1804-1859) and his 2nd wife Comtesse Caroline Maria Albertine de Robiano. His father was married to Marie Countess von Spee for the first time . He himself married Countess Maria Karoline von Walterskirchen in 1879. The son Christoph (1888–1968) became major general in World War II .

From his father, Hermann Joseph zu Stolberg-Stolberg inherited the estate in Westheim with several hundred hectares of agriculture and forestry and the attached brewery, which he had expanded and modernized.

During his studies he became a member of the KDStV Markomannia Würzburg in the CV in 1873 .

Like his father, he was socio-politically active in various organizations of the Catholic milieu . He was like this President of the Catholic Boniface Society . In addition, Stolberg-Stolberg was chairman of the Association of Catholic Nobles in Germany . Politically, he belonged to the Center Party and played a not insignificant role in the party in Westphalia , but also in the Reich. He was a member of the Westphalian Provincial Parliament and chairman of the Provincial Committee. He also worked as a homeland researcher and genealogist.
