Hermann Klasing

Otto August Hermann Klasing (born September 7, 1859 in Bielefeld ; † September 9, 1951 in Detmold ) was a German writer , lawyer and notary .

Herrmann Klasing was born on September 7, 1859 in Bielefeld. After graduating from high school in his hometown , Klasing studied law at the universities of Tübingen , Leipzig and Göttingen . After graduating as Dr. iur. he worked as a lawyer and notary initially in Herford and since 1893 in Detmold.

In addition to his work as a lawyer , Hermann Klasing wrote tragedies , poems and genealogical studies. His " Blood and Soil Drama " Katte was premiered on October 8, 1933 on the occasion of the inauguration of a Horst Wessel memorial in the Bielefeld City Theater.
