Hermann Kutschera
Hermann Kutschera (born April 27, 1903 in Vienna ; † May 28, 1975 ) was an Austrian architect .
After secondary school in Iglau and Brno, Kutschera studied architecture at the Vienna University of Technology and in Munich . Between 1925 and 1926 he continued his education in the master school of Clemens Holzmeister at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. He was also employed in Holzmeister's studio and became a self-employed architect in 1932. During his studies in, he was involved in the youth movement-reformed association Aggstein . He realized hotels, restaurants and sports facilities and received the gold medal in the discipline of architecture at the 1936 Winter Olympics for his design of a ski stadium with a ski jump.
Kutschera married Johanna Klamuth in 1927 and lived in Währinger Gentzgasse in 1937 .
