Hermann Lang (born April 30, 1954 ) is a former German soccer player .

Hermann Lang came to SSV Reutlingen 05 from FC Reutlingen . In the 2nd Bundesliga South he was in 8 second division games for the SSV in the 1975/76 season . After relegation at the end of this season, Hermann Lang was with SSV Reutlingen in the 1st Amateur League Black Forest-Bodensee 1976/77 champion. After he was in action over the full game distance in the 2-1 victory of his Reutlingen team against SSV Ulm in 1846 in the final of the Württemberg Amateur Championship on May 7, 1977 , Hermann Lang was also in the subsequent unsuccessful promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga for the SSV used. In the amateur league season 1977/78 he defended the title of Black Forest Lake Constance champion with Reutlingen and failed with the SSV again in the following promotion round. The season 1978/79 ended Hermann Lang with SSV Reutlingen in the new Oberliga Baden-Württemberg after 36 season appearances in which he scored a goal on the last place in the table. In the 1979/80 season he qualified with the Reutlingers in the Association League Württemberg as runner-up for the promotion games to the league. In the decisive game for promotion against FV Lauda on June 8, 1980, Hermann Lang scored the goal in the 104th minute of the game to make it 2-1 and thus ensured the return of SSV Reutlingen to the then third-highest German football division.
