Hermann Lasch
Carl Hermann Lasch (* 1861 in Düsseldorf ; † 1926 there ) was a German landscape painter from the Düsseldorf School .
Life
Lasch, son of the painter Carl Johann Lasch and his wife Sophie, née Ferrein, studied painting at the Düsseldorf Art Academy with Hugo Crola and Peter Janssen the Elder from 1882 to 1885 . He was also a student of the landscape painter Eugen Dücker . In Düsseldorf he was a member of the artists' association Malkasten . From 1887 to 1893 he traveled to the Netherlands. Lasch married Maria Etienne (* 1870), who gave birth to her son Carl Hermann Lasch in Godesberg in 1895 .
