Hermann Ochsner
Hermann Ochsner (born July 23, 1892 in Regensburg , † October 11, 1951 in Planegg ) was a German officer , most recently lieutenant general and general of the fog troops in World War II .
Ochsner joined the Bavarian Army in 1911 and ended the First World War as a first lieutenant .
In the run-up to the Second World War, as an advocate of the illegal use of poison gas, he was commissioned to build up the German fog troops and chief of staff for the inspection of the fog troops and gas defense at the Army High Command . From 1940 he was general of the fog troops.
