Hermann Süskind

Hermann Süskind (born March 26, 1812 in Stuttgart , † October 1, 1872 in Öhringen ) was a Württemberg Oberamtmann .

Life

Born as the son of Friedrich Gottlieb Süskind , brother of Eduard Süskind and cousin of Otto Elben , Hermann Süskind studied regiminal sciences in Tübingen after attending high school in Stuttgart . During his studies in 1829 he became a member of the Germania Tübingen fraternity . After completing his studies, in 1834 he became an assistant to the government of the Black Forest district in Reutlingen . As senior actuary from 1835 to 1839 he was at the Reutlingen senior office . He then worked there again in the government of the Black Forest District until 1842 as a law firm assistant and secretary. From 1842 to 1848 he was a senior official at the Freudenstadt Office , then at the Gerabronn Office until 1854 , then at the Oehringen Office until 1872 .
