Herrmann Budde

Herrmann Budde (born November 24, 1890 in Plettenberg - Lettmecke , † July 19, 1954 ) was a German biologist and teacher. He studied in Jena and Kiel and was later appointed to the college for teacher training in Dortmund ; he also taught at the University of Münster . He is the author of numerous papers on algae research, forest history, pollen analysis , vegetation science and nature conservation.
