The Herrmannberge are a group of rocky elevations in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . They rise up between the Reecedalen and the Kvitsvodene in Sverdrupfjella . These include the Hamrane and the Rootshorga .
It was discovered and named during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher . It is named after Ernst Herrmann (1895–1970), geographer of this research trip. Participants in the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952) surveyed the mountains.
