The Herrnrointalm (also: Herrenrointalm ) is an alpine pasture in the forest district of Königssee in the municipality of Schönau am Königssee .

The former Kaser, which now serves as a service hut, is a listed building and is entered in the Bavarian Monument List under the number D-1-72-132-95 .

Building description

The former barracks of the Herrnrointalm is a single-storey, plastered quarry stone building with a flat saddle roof and knee stick . The building was erected at the end of the 19th century.

Todays use

The Herrnrointalm has been abandoned and is not served. The farmhouse is privately owned.

location

The Herrnrointalm is located on the Sommerbichel above the Königsee at an altitude of 1275  m above sea level. NN , not far from the Kührointalm .
