Manufacture of automobiles and automobile parts is manufacturing / manufacturing of goods  (C), and belongs to the automotive industry . In terms of engineering, the industry is the productive part of vehicle construction .

The department includes “the manufacture of vehicles for the transport of people or goods . It also includes the manufacture of various parts and accessories as well as the manufacture of trailers and semi-trailers . ”This includes the manufacture of:

• Passenger cars (cars)
• Commercial vehicles ; Delivery vans , trucks , articulated trucks (trucks, etc.)
• Buses , trolleybuses and coaches
• Motor vehicle engines (including factory overhauls of motor vehicle engines)
• Chassis for automobiles
• Manufacture of other motor vehicles ( snowmobiles , golf carts , amphibious vehicles ; fire engines , street sweepers , mobile libraries , armored vehicles, etc .; cement mixers ; all-terrain vehicles , go-karts and similar vehicles, including racing cars )
