The building at Heumarktstraße 3 in the Palatinate country town of Deidesheim is an old winery that is classified as a cultural monument under the Monument Protection Act of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate .
The elongated house was built in the 18th century on a previous building that dates from the 16th century. It is a one-storey high-basement house, which has a gabled roof bears, and opposite the primary school in the historic center is the location. It was once the home of the Deidesheimer Schultheißen Traitteur and is particularly interesting because of its passage in the Renaissance style that leads into the inner courtyard. It is provided with pilasters on both sides with Ionic capitals at the end ; the entablature is adorned with fittings , as are the pilaster chairs . The passage dates from 1596 and is unique in the Deidesheim community due to its elaborate processing .
The outbuildings date from the 18th century, but were later structurally changed.
