Heureka is the fifth studio album by the Hamburg indie rock band Tomte . It was released as a follow-up album to Letters Over the City in October 2008 at Grand Hotel van Cleef . Heureka contains twelve songs and a rockier version of "Voran, Voran", which is also included on the record as a bonus track.

Heureka was a commercial success, the album reached number nine in the German album charts . Of the single releases, however, only "The Last Great Whale" could enter the charts. “Eureka” and “How's it going in Hamburg?” Were not placed.

Heureka also entered the charts in Austria and Switzerland .
