Career

The passion for photography began in childhood: Ingo Pertramer first took pictures of airplanes with his father's Yashica reflex camera and his mother's compact camera , a preference that he has kept to this day. The craft he learned of photography later from scratch. Pertramer completed his apprenticeship in a renowned Salzburg photo studio. He spent his journeyman years in Vienna before finally taking his master craftsman examination in Tyrol . The fact that he was trained as a portrait photographer , especially during his apprenticeship, had a lasting impact on his way of working.
